The Garden House grounds include a heated lagoon style pool with spa jets and a cascading waterfall. There's an upper level sundeck to be enjoyed by all guests that's great for reading or relaxing, and even a private or semi-private porch available for select lodging during your Key West vacations. Throughout the grounds are tropical gardens to refresh your senses. We provide Internet access in our common areas and private baths in all the guestrooms at our Key West Accommodations. Each of our 10 guestrooms has a color TV with cable, air conditioning and mini-refrigerator.
Garden House is only three blocks from the ferry terminal and one block away from the infamous Duval Street, which seldom sleeps! We are close to all of the Key West attractions, so close you won't have to worry about driving and can enjoy a relaxing walk back from nearly anywhere you want to go. Key West's Historic Seaport is less than two blocks away and is loaded with waterfront dining, shopping and boat rentals and only a block from Caroline St and waterfront markets. Beautiful historic estate homes and mansions line Caroline Street. Exploring them is a great way to spend a few hours of your Key West Vacation.
Make sure to reserve an evening to experience the Key West Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square. Once a bustling seaport, Mallory Square now is the location of a nightly gathering to honor the sun as it dips into the Gulf of Mexico, where artists, street performers, psychics and food vendors display their skills to tourists and locals alike. For those of our guests that are looking to have a few drinks and take in the scene at the local watering holes, we are two blocks away from the classic Key West hot spots like Schooner's Wharf, Guy Harvey's Island Grill, Sloppy Joe's, Hog's Breath Saloon, Captain Tony's and dozens of others, all filled with your new best friends! In fact, Garden House is within walking distance to over 30 bars and restaurants!
We also have convenient on-site bike rentals to get you moving around Key West in style. Don't forget about our poolside happy hour every day from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., providing free beer and wine and a chance to get to know your neighbors and innkeepers! We also provide a continental breakfast served poolside every morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
